I have been given this case to solve in an attempt to understand the topic of " patient clinical data analysis" to develop my competency in reading and comprehending clinical data including history, clinical findings, investigations and come up with diagnosis and treatment plan.

Patient came to casuality wity complaints of
Chest pain since 30 mins
Palpatations since 30 mins
Sweating 30mins
HOPI -
Patient was apparently asymptomatic 30 min back then he developed chest pain insidious in onset gradually progressive radiating to left shoulder and scapula region no aggrevating and relieving factors
With occasional palpatations and profuse sweating since 30 min.

N/k/c/o HTN,DM,Asthma, Epilepsy,thyriod disorders CVA,CAD
