Answer: The five warning signs of stroke are:
   •Sudden onset of weakness or numbness on one side of the body.
Sudden speech difficulty or confusion.
Sudden difficulty seeing in one or both eyes.
Sudden onset of dizziness, trouble walking or loss of balance.
Sudden, severe headache with no known cause.

3.What is the drug rationale in CVA?
Answer: 1.Injection Mannitol 100ml/IV/TD 

2.TAB Ecospirin 75 mg po/OD

3.TAB ATORVAS 40mg po/HS

4.BP/PR/TEMP/SP02 MONITORING (4th hourly)

5.RT FEEDS-100ml milk with protein powder(2nd hourly)
